Return and Refund Policy
1.1 MAS tries its best to serve the members. But if under any circumstances, we fail to fulfill our commitment to arrange any event, we will notify you within 7 days via phone/ text/ email. If it requires any refund, it will be done within 7 to 10 days after the event date. In case of digital payment refund execution time has dependency on banks or MFS or PSP and may take longer time if delayed at their end.
1.2 Refund requests will be processed under situation where MAS is unable to arrange the event.
However, Members cancellation is not applicable. For the above scenario, the refund amount will be arranged by MAS. Upon member’s request, MAS will transfer the refund amount to the user’s original payment source within 7 to 10 days. Refund is only allowed for members who have paid via MFS or card or other electronic method. For the orders that are paid via Cash, refund is only to be given through cash or MFS/PSP.
